Ordering Procedures

Ordering photos is fairly intuitive, however there certain procedures you should know about to make the process as seamless as possible.

In the gallery, you select a thumbnail and make it larger by clicking on it or on Slideshow. When you are ready to make a purchase, click on the Buy icon and then select the size of the photo you wish to purchase.

Next, you select paper type. You have the choice of Kodak Endura color, Kodak Metallic, or Ilford Black & White. All 3 are of archival quality and will look good for 100 years in home display. Color finish is the most popular. It produces accurate fleshtones, bright colors, and realistic saturation. The metallic finish features a unique pearlescent surface that results in beautifully saturated colors and excellent contrast on an ultra bright background. This finish lends itself to photographs with bold color. The analogy between the color and metallic finish is like the difference between a LCD and LED television picture. And for those who prefer B & W, the Ilford paper is world famous for producing excellent contrast and tone reproduction.

Next you click on Add to Cart and then Preview and Configure. This is where you would choose a frame, matting, and glass.

We ship currently, only to the USA and Canada. Your order will usually ship in 24 to 48 hours. We are required to collect tax for shipments to CA and NJ as the website host is in CA and the adornthewalls in NJ.
